In order to generate the ultrasound we ask for a name of the patient, but feel free to supply any information that you like! We do not collect your email address unless you supply it to us. We will not contact you unless you request to be contacted first.

  We do not store your credit card information. Online payments are passed via a secure socket layer to a payment processor where your information is tokenized – this means that a random number is generated to represent your payment. Our payment processor is PCI compliant which ensures that your information is being handled in accordance with industry security standards.

• How private are these ultrasounds?

  These ultrasounds are completely private! We do not retain any information that can link you to any particular generated ultrasound unless you order a premium test. We will never share your personally identifiable information with an outside party, apart from payment processing or ad network cookies. You can prank in complete anonymity, if you like!

• How much do the documents cost?

  An instant digital delivery is available for $10. One printed and shipped photo is available for $20. One thermal photo on real Ultrasound paper is available for $25. • Do you ship internationally?

  Unfortunately we do not have the current capacity to ship internationally, as we are based in the USA. We recommend that all of our international clients order a digital PDF and print their ultrasound locally. Digital copies are delivered instanteously worldwide! All international orders will be refunded, minus a $10 fee for the digital PDF generation.

• How do you package documents?

  All of our documents are packed in discreet, plain white cardboard mailers with no identifying marks. The return address is listed as Document Service. No one will know what is inside the package unless they open it!

• Do you offer refunds?

  All sales are final, unless otherwise noted. No refunds are given once Baby Maybe begins working on your order, which means we have received your order details and your payment. We suggest that all customers double check configured documents before placing an order. Please contact us if you have any questions about this general policy. • My debit card order failed, but it looks like my card was charged. Is this possible?

  My Card Was Charged but I Didn’t Receive My Order

  Occasionally when placing an order with a Debit Card, the shopping cart may report a failed transaction. This can occur for any number of reasons, most commonly an incorrect ZIP code or insufficient funds in the debit account. Despite the error code, it may appear as though money was removed from the associated debit account.

  Where did the money go?

  When this happens, it may appear that a charge was processed on the account. What the account reports as a payment is only a temporary ‘pending’ hold that the debit card provider has applied to the funds while it attempts to process the payment. These holds are not charges. The payment did not and will not complete, and in this case no money is transferred to us.

  When will I get my money back?

  The funds in question are released back to the account in a few days. We do not have control over these funds, nor do we have control over their release and reimbursement. We suggest giving the card provider or bank a call for further clarification.

  We Are Not In Control of Failed Charges

  Just to reiterate: Baby Maybe does not receive any funds in the case of a failed debit payment. The debit card provider is in control of the ‘pending’ hold, and is in control of when the funds will be released back to the original account. We are happy to clarify if a charge was successfully processed, but Baby Maybe cannot refund money that was never transferred. Thank you for your understanding!
